What's new on Purification Practice?

Whole Food Fiber (2/24/2011)

Based upon feedback from many of our practitioners, we are very excited to inform you that we have updated our email support program to include Whole Food Fiber.  This update applies to the daily emails as well as the downloadable checklists.

We differentiate between Whole Food Fiber and Gastro-Fiber by indicating that one is a powder and the other is in capsule form.  We do this to minimize confusion about which one you have included in their kit.  To aide in the discussion about Whole Food Fiber, we have a page on our patient website which links to the Product Detail Sheets for both fiber products (www.purificationsupport.com/fiber).

In addition to adding Whole Food Fiber, we have removed references to Colax and A-F Betafood, as these were originally added as potential alternatives to Gastro-Fiber.

We have attached a link below to the checklists that your patients will find on the patient support website as well as a snapshot of the new wording we have included in the emails.

We constantly strive to improve our service based on the needs of our practitioners, so thank you for your continued trust in us to help guide your patients to a Healthy New Lifestyle!!

Comments / Special Instructions for your Patient (4/10/2010)

You can now include personalized comments and/or special instructions to your patients when enrolling them.  A new field has been added to the registration form that will display a message in the Patient's Welcome Email.

You can include an encouraging statement such as:

Have fun and BE DETERMINED, it will pay off in the long run!

or Special Instructions such as:

Remember to avoid lentils and rice to achieve your goals.

For example, if Dr. Robert Smith (Dr. Bob for short) entered a comment during patient registration, the following would be included on the welcome email:

Dr. Bob included the personal note / special instructions below:
Have fun and BE DETERMINED, it will pay off in the long run!

New Patient Enrollment Form (4/5/2010)

We are pleased to announce that we are in the process of rolling out new enhancements to our patient processing system.  We have been busily rewriting code behind the scenes and welcome any feedback you may have.  For the next couple of weeks as you begin to use the new Beta form we will leave the previous registration form active as well.
