In order to provide you with a preview of the emails received during our support program, upon registering your clinic, your complimentary practitioner preview will automatically begin within the next week.
During the preview, we will interact with you as if you were a patient and a practitioner. This means that you will receive each of the emails that a patient would while at the same time receiving the updates that you would as a practitioner (such as a notice that the patient is approaching completion).
If it is not a convenient time for your preview, just respond to the Practitioner Preview email and let us know the date you would like the emails to begin.

Staff Preview
Your authorized staff members will also be automatically enrolled in a complimentary preview of the program a few days after clinic registration. This will allow them to review the emails and understand what patients are receiving.
If this is not a convenient time for the preview, they may reschedule it for a more convenient time or opt out altogether.
