Q: Why are there two websites?

A: This is simpler than you might expect.  One website is for Practitioner's only (this one) and the other is for Patients.

Q: What do I do if I run into trouble?

A: We're friendly people, just email us and we'll be glad to point you in the right direction.  You can contact us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link in the top right corner.

Q: Can we sign up patients not knowing when they will start their program, and how would that work for all parties involved?

A: Absolutely.  On the Patient Registration form there is a checkbox under the Start Date labeled: 'Unknown Start Date'  If selected, the patient will still receive a welcome email, however, instead of confirming their start date, it will note that they are 'starting soon' and will request that they reply with their start date.  As a reminder, if they have not submitted their start date within a week, we will send both you and the patient a reminder email.
